          • How quickly will my order ship? – Any in stock products can be ready for shipment in 24 hours.  Order delivery times will vary based on shipping destination
          • How will my order ship? – Orders will ship via UPS.
          • What do I do if I have not been contacted within 24 hours of my purchase? – please send an email to feedback@sheridannurseries.com with your order number and contact information.
          • Why have I not received my refund yet? – in some cases it may take up to 10 business days for your payment method to be refunded. Upon refund confirmation from Sheridan Nurseries, if you have not received your refund within the 10 business day period, please contact your financial institution/credit card company. 
          • Can I pay for my online order with a Sheridan Nurseries gift card – unfortunately, we are not accepting gift cards as a method of payment at the moment.
